Responsible for all aspects of purchasing material, labor and equipment, Tommy oversees acceptance of blueprints, estimating, qualification of bidders, bid evaluation, negotiation and award. He also executes contracts and purchase orders, ensures problem resolution and is responsible for supplier performance and logistics.
