James directs the company’s accounting and financial systems, its policies/procedures and financial reporting. He prepares and oversees global budgets for capital acquisitions and overhead; monitors operating results in terms of costs, policies, trends and performance against budgets; manages all cash resources; maintains projections of future cash needs and prepares accurate and consistent entity financial statements.
